VRS, ray tracing not working

Raytracing, VRS, maybe other features are not enabled for me. I have an intel arc a770 with 16gb of ram. It is more than capable of using these features

Howdy Dooblebane! I did some digging into this for you and found that we do support most o the Arc GPU’s for raytracing, and are working on getting that updated. Now for your issue Intel is aware there is a problem with WoW and they are working on a new set of drivers to fix this up. Please keep an eye out for a new set of drivers and give them a try.
