@Vrakthris

First of all, its funny you lock the thread and only then " reply" to avoid any response, it does show a tremendous amoutnof professionalism and integrity on your end, as well as a great capacity to hold on to your arguments and defend them…/sarcasm

1- as you saw on my appeals i did demand to see the chat logs over wich i got reported, since i highly doubt any “disparaging” names were used, and yet again, that is highly subjective.

2- Your TOS is VERY poorly writen under what the EU considers the letter of law and hwo it should be presented. Example: “…could be offensive or vulgar to others”, you are basicly leaving the interpretation of what is said to the subjective level of anyone reading it and giving it the power to adjsut to your TOS, in that sense, and acordingly to your very amateur TOS permises, i could define what you wrote to me “offensive” and somewhat “vulgar”, specially since it was done publicly( screenshoted for protection as well) , so now we have a poorly trained CS rep breaking blizz own TOS when adressing a customer, hwo do we solve this? to whoom do i report your infringement?

Seee what i ddid there? and THAt is why your ambiguous poorly written ameteur TOS can be ABUSED.

3- the F words, again, we fall under the subjective level of interpretation, i could give you a crash course class that im not sure you are equiped to follow on all the ways and forms of proving how the F word is neither considered vulgar or offensive anymore depending on the structure of your interpretation.

( breathe…i know this may be a bit too much for you to follow)

4-“Under the best circumstances I’d say the majority would not be playing with you, several would be testing their resolve on if they wanted to express to you physically how they felt about it.” am i under the impression you are implying violance, phisical violance? are we breakign our own TOS again Vrakthris? Are we publicly harrasing a customer with derrogatory speach while criticising is actions?

See what i did there part 2…

5- The special snowflake syndrom IS ACTUALLY a thing , studied in sociology, google it, dont use your ignorance to try to diminish me.ALSO, i find it highly offensive hwo you called me ignorant in public (sicne i consider ignorant “vulgar and offensive” therefore you are breaking yoru own TOS for the 3rd time…see what i did there part 3…

Also, its not ignorant to assume that abig company customer support is in INDIA, it is, in fact, the call center suctomer cupport HUB world wide, there is nothing derrogatorry in that remark (or racist for that matter) other then the comparison to poor and amateur customer support as you have very clearly helped me prove.

Finally, the appeals migh not be overturned, but i am VERY certain that what i did does not fall under the category of harrasment anywhere on the LOGICAL and RATIONAL plain, but i do know the range of “capacity” and “capability” of the people reviewing them (when they do get reviewd by a human that is, with rarely happens…so i am not hopefull…on the other hand, i have now another thign to focus on on, as in how to go forward with the public complaint over a CS rep that harrased me publicly AND broke the company own TOS severla times through out his harrasement.

Kudos

I locked the thread because this is not the appropriate place to discuss account actions. It actually violates the forum Code of Conduct.

You use the F word repeatedly. The absolutely violates policy. You use a disparaging term that starts with an M. It seems to be your go to. That isn’t subjective.

I did see what you did there. You poorly understood our EULA and Code of Conduct.

“If” someone is or is not offended is not really a condition. It certainly can be a trigger, and something that we keep in mind, but the basis of the violation is on common understanding of language and its use. Most folks who understand how to interact with others know how to behave and what would be considered inappropriate behavior.

I am sure you are correct. You could argue academically a lot of things, and in an academic setting that may work. This isn’t that. I’d challenge you to go into a business, a church, or a school or maybe someone’s parents or grandmas house and say the things you did. I doubt very much they’d take the structure of your interpretation into account. They’d more than likely have you removed.

I am implying that yes, in a Real Life setting as you said, the reactions would likely not be as benign and accepting as you made them out to be. That is simply challenging your narrative.

Yes, I think it’s been established that you believe yourself to be very clever. When it seems that you simply have a poor understanding of our policies and how they work.

It is ignorant to assume anything of the kind. That is kind of the definition of “ignorant”.

That, I’m afraid, is the crux of the issue. You don’t seem to believe calling people names, continually yelling and berating them, and using derogatory slurs, to be inappropriate or harassing. The fact of the mater is, you are wrong, wholly and without question.

With the exception of an auto-response for generic tickets, all tickets are and have always been reviewed by humans, so again, you are incorrect.

I haven’t harassed you, Topless, and I am very much aware of our own policies. I’ve tried to provide clarification on the behavior you were penalized for and how those policies work as well as correcting misunderstanding and challenging your narrative. This is in the hope that you can curb that behavior going forward so that you do not get penalized again.

Good luck to you.
