Eh idk, brann and blue berry kept good aggro for me to fully dot and blow up.
I most certainly pulled aggro, but by that time they’re dead.

Still pull aggro as Demo. If they changed it I don’t see a difference.
My blueberry fella was holding aggro pretty decently in the solo T8 delve I did earlier today. Couple of occasions where I’d yank threat when doing burst, like after setting up the Soul Harvester opener on high health elites or the last boss, but blueberry was generally doing his job. Think he only died once, and it wasn’t even on the boss, just one of the packs of mobs since I was pulling quickly.
I wonder if this is a bug. The BM hunters in my guild complain of the same issue.
So far, as aggro goes, my Wrathguard is doing fairly well, although there have been times when he struggles to taunt a mob that’s attacking me. Otherwise he only tends to lose aggro when I Soulburn heal him.
Having said that, Brann does tend to steal aggro at times, which can be a problem as he doesn’t always hold it.
Health-wise, he’s generally okay, though he does tend to lose health in bursts which results in Soulburn healing which, in turn, results in loss of aggro.
To be fair, in Delves, I am using Diabolist, whereas WoWhead recommends Soul Harvester. Might try changing, to see if there’s any difference.
I noticed they buffed wrath guard and voidwalker threat generation in a hotfix recently.
But I still think it needs more. Bossing in delves is hard work. You have to really slow your dps and if you do happen to pull aggro you have no way to drop threat.
Healing your pet seems to make the issue worse? I’ve started just letting him die and resummon instead
Demonology was never very good at generating Threat because its damage is so spreaded around different pets, each one generating threat to themselves and not to the warlock.
Most of your Threat generation will be from when you cast Health Funnel to heal the felguard, that generates a lot of Healing Threat.
The issue is, both Destruction and Affliction is a lot more player damage focused, and all that damage generates threat to the player.
Soul Shatter would be nice again.
Like I said, Soulburn heals are the main cause of aggro loss by the Wrathguard.
