We’ve discovered a new issue with Void Assault Incursions (the major attack), and while we investigate and design a fix for it, we’re disabling Incursions.
The Void Incursions should wind down and cease over the next hour or so, and we’ll re-enable them as soon as we’ve got a fix for the underlying issue.
I prefer the communication. Of course bug free, properly QA tested and not requiring communication is the best option; this is the best course given them circumstances.
“New” as in this didn’t happen since Tuesday on live servers and for a while on test realms? Or “new” as in “we had so many other issues that we’re taking several days to address major patch features are broken”?
Since patch 12.0.5 you gave seriously broken the game. Have shown no real interest in actually fixing the issues, just a Band-Aid to attempt to calm the players. Shut the game down if needed and truly fix it.
It’s time, something has to change, or we risk the end of WoW. You’re not going to be sustainable like this. While Wow players are loyal, they still have standards, however low that may be, they exist. Job security doesn’t matter if you don’t have a product that is supported. A union doesn’t protect you from that.
I think the issue people are frustrated with is that it took them three days to acknowledge this issue when it has been reported from day 1 and has been actively preventing people from even participating in the event.
I need them to figure out their hotfix with decor duels also didn’t work and currently there’s basically no way to get currency because no matter what you do it counts as ‘not doing enough’.
