Void Incursion Issues -- April 24

We’ve discovered a new issue with Void Assault Incursions (the major attack), and while we investigate and design a fix for it, we’re disabling Incursions.

The Void Incursions should wind down and cease over the next hour or so, and we’ll re-enable them as soon as we’ve got a fix for the underlying issue.

Thank you!

Do they realize this is not helping thier case right now?

I have wanted to go out and do stuff, but I have spent this entire patch sitting in Trade because everything is broken.

And it took how long to say “Hey this things broken too”?

ooooof course they are broken too, is there anything not broken in 12.0.5?

Would you prefer they don’t communicate the bug and fix it?

I’m not sure what your comment is meant to accomplish.

Id rather the bug didnt happen in the first place.

I prefer the communication. Of course bug free, properly QA tested and not requiring communication is the best option; this is the best course given them circumstances.

As opposed to whom?

I’d rather:

  1. Blizzard be more proactive

  2. AND communicate and patch bugs when they occur

They’re not mutually exclusive, and this post is effective communication working on solving the problem.

The communication is good, yes.

Late, but better than never.

However, that is not the point.

3 days to “discover a new issue?

Id say it will wind down and cease because people arent going to keep waiting around for broken content

LOL more stuff being disabled. Multi dollar small indie company

Kaivax I’m sorry. This isn’t against you.

“New” as in this didn’t happen since Tuesday on live servers and for a while on test realms? Or “new” as in “we had so many other issues that we’re taking several days to address major patch features are broken”?

This patch is peak comedy.

Congrats on letting AI run this game further into the ground. Keep up the bad work.

Since patch 12.0.5 you gave seriously broken the game. Have shown no real interest in actually fixing the issues, just a Band-Aid to attempt to calm the players. Shut the game down if needed and truly fix it.

Listen Blizz. Blizz headquarters. Blizz…whatever.

It’s time, something has to change, or we risk the end of WoW. You’re not going to be sustainable like this. While Wow players are loyal, they still have standards, however low that may be, they exist. Job security doesn’t matter if you don’t have a product that is supported. A union doesn’t protect you from that.

Really need to stop the 8 week patch cycle and make it 10 weeks. It seems every patch needs at least 2 weeks in the oven for bug fixes.

I think the issue people are frustrated with is that it took them three days to acknowledge this issue when it has been reported from day 1 and has been actively preventing people from even participating in the event.

I need them to figure out their hotfix with decor duels also didn’t work and currently there’s basically no way to get currency because no matter what you do it counts as ‘not doing enough’.
