So to be clear you’ve declared that you don’t recognize dev statements, or canon lore
While demanding sources from people refuting your points - your points that per your own admittance come from a pov of someone who ignores canon and dev statements …
Also not surprised you’re also choosing to ignore all of WC3 and BC. Blood Elves are the continuation of the High Elf story and the playable High Elf race in wow since their introduction, they are the main population with the Kingdom, lore, culture, aesthetic, and restored Sunwell (soul of the High Elf people)
The sunwell is not what you think it is. It’s literally a mana pool. Anyone claiming it has some kind of spiritual power and is the “Soul of the high elves” is high on some copium.
I like how you take my statements out of context to fabricate an argument.
You’ve yet to show me any Dev statements or Canon lore that actually support your stance so technically, I’ve only refuted unsourced dev statements.
Have you read the last five minutes of chat with people telling me “I genuinely believe the lore that was deleted and no longer has a actual source”?
I am 90% certain neither writers now devs make the website. They have people to do that. They may request information from the writers but the writers are a little busy writing to worry about a website with mostly fluff and blurbs.
That doesn’t mean that you can claim something that has no source from an official location is canon.
Again, it’s like saying Me’dan is canon. It’s ridiculous.
Tons of stuff in WoW that is HARD lore, was likely never ran past the writers.
Garrosh in Cata versus Garrosh in Mists is the most glaring example.
The books written by Christie Golden are given a outline, but likely never had to get past the entire writing team.
Didn’t the writing team at one point flash forward to Anduin being the leader of the Army of the Light and be in the fight in the “Final Battle”, only for that to later be called “One vision of the future”?
How do you PROVE the writing team never asked for that lore to be taken down?
“Well, that lore is still canon because despite it being deleted, the writers could possibly not have KNOWN it was deleted and fully expect us to know about canon that can only be reached on the wiki!”
The sheer level of incompetency expected from the company in order for this logic to make sense is absurd. If it was deleted, the lore doesn’t exist anymore, I’m sorry but that’s just how it is for anything to make sense.
You must first provide sources for your claims so we are sure you aren’t just spewing blue-washed fan fiction like so many of you Anti-Blood Elf activists seem to do.
