I really hope that doesn’t end up being the case. I really want Dark Ranger/San’layn customization for my Blood Elves and I have no objection to Light themes that others want either. The more the merrier IMO!

Blue eyes on blood elves isn’t compensation for losing visual distinction, and it’s not a “new” theme I agree it’s customizations that falls in line with what Blood Elves are and a small addition at that.

Which is … Let’s be honest, not very interesting. But didn’t take a lot of effort from Blizzard and then they could pat themselves on the back and be like “We’re listening!”
…Not to be a heinously cynical old woman or anything. But there was a period when most of the customization threads were “blue eyes for blood elves” or “High elves please”.

Alright, I did it.
I’m a warlock blood elf.
I gender swapped my paladin because most of my tanks are gals anyway and I’m off to get the cloth set for Exile’s Reach.
…Which I already had because of PvP. But I didn’t feel like a mage and I would (despite my love of Boast and that my Horde main was, for years, a priest) rather step on a Lego than level a priest.
He is a handsome boy and FFS there’s 4 blood elves loading into the boat with him what have I done
