Give them a hand and they’ll go for the entire arm…
Tch, fine, but only because I also still want a full beard for my warrior. The fuller goatee it’s a step in the right direction, but not enough.
I should know better than to reply to you of all people but. You are correct, the High elf community has been waiting for customizations, you know, the community that supports the High elves that have been playable since 2006.
As much as I support your previous post and this one people aren’t going to take well to being attacked, personally attacked, mislabeled, etc. and really I can’t blame them, not to mention I support them so.
to be fair… i never onced directly referred to this individual as gurl.
he jumped in on a conversation he wasnt included in.
so his own offense wasn’t even directed in his direction.
So what you’re saying is that you’re free to misgender people however you want?
Inappropriate terms of endearment are condescending and rude. They’re reserved only for people you actually know and love, and for grandmothers.
They’re all rude and insulting.
I’m a queer person–a transgender man, telling you that no it is not affectionate to call me “sis, sister, girl, gurl,” or any other female term. It’s misgendering, malicious and hurtful.
My offense is spot on. You’re misguided and not a trans ally if you think misgendering people is cute and okay.
Literally every Alliance associated High Elf has blue eyes, except Valeera Sanguinar. Literally every Blood Elf associated with the Horde had green eyes until they retconned it.
I frankly don’t care for the retcon and Blizzard has had to be reminded so many times of what their own continuity is that they have no right to be able to set it.
Every “Blood Elf” with blue eyes should be assumed to be an Alliance Spy.
So you’re just going to ignore lore and go with your interpretation? I don’t take that seriously at all, and my point stands on the issue of trying to claim any Blood Elf with blue eyes as an Alliance Spy.
misgendering someone actually refers to not acknowling their gender…
meaning i would have to deny or not refer to him based on his own prefferred pronoun…
again… there is no person of any queer perspective that views gurl as pronoun…
it is simply a term of affection used by many in the gay community.
you are arguing for misgendering people without even undestanding what that is.
but being offended… is more important to you than queer culture… so whatever.
