I don’t think you can take “stop playing victim” when someone said what they said as any other way. Which if being associated w defending the actions of what Avarie went through is now the issue perhaps they should have thought of that before explicitly using the words “stop playing victim” that is a very specific sentence pertaining explicitly to Avaries situation isn’t it.

It felt pertinent to point out in real time as you told someone else to tell you not to speak to you the way you were speaking to other people.

So in an effort to help you I felt like pointing that out so as to help clarify again why reactions are the way they are.

Which is arguably the same as someone else then going and telling you to stop.

Obviously neither you nor they can make anyone stop posting. But it’s the same energy which is what I was trying to politely point out earlier, so you can’t really be on a “you can’t tell me what to do” type argument when you also had the same to say to other people.

If there was no tone then there wasn’t any tone applied to the people you were also applying a tone to, as my point is they were on average on par w your own energy.

If you’re saying there wasn’t a tone fine, but the energy was still comparable between you and the people you were speaking about.

I’m going to comment on what I find pertinent, just like I don’t expect them to “stop” doing something because I have declared something, in fact my point was to point out no one responded to them in a way that wasn’t on par w their own energy and behavior.

If someone is saying these people are receiving me a certain way and its clear by their own posts why people are reacting a certain way I’m going to point it out, especially if they’re upset about the same behavior they displayed being displayed back.

I’m less cranky today, so i will note that you can have characters of the same race with two dramatically different customization sets (three, actually, with special models for important NPCs), because of Kul’tirans. And that is the sort of direction I’d like to see the short elves go. There’s no reason for more overlap. Personally, I’ve always been annoyed by the excess copy paste in void elves. It’s not necessary to make the high elf fantasy available on either side, and it “feels” extremely low effort. I’d rather see some unique options.

Nah, but in a world where they’d pulled the exact copy paste for nightborn model and then doubled down on lazy copy paste options shared with night elves while actually putting a modicum of work into void elves and then giving them a chewy big customization pass where a widely requested unique feature that couldn’t be copy pasted was added at the 11th hour…

If they did that to NB at least then the people who try to compare the BE/VE situation w NE/NB would have something for their argument to stand on.

And we’d see actual Alliance options being given to Horde because so far when people talk about “sharing” it’s only been Hordes most popular model being sucked dry for the Alliance benefit of having a replica
