To be honest,I do believe there should be limits on character building or it would becomes a disaster .Visualize for a moment how chaotic all these races with special abilities in one area and doing a all out fight among each other ,nearly everyone of them sharing about the same powers ,it’ll just be a mess. Unless Blizzard decides to change that for some other creative abilities it would mount to more frustration .
Having faction/race/class distinctions adds complexity, variety and flavor to the game.
There are already 194 race/class combos. Why is this not enough? How overindulged are people these days that 194 options is not enough?

I’m not playing all 194 options and demanding more. That would be overindulgent. I want to play the race/class combo that I’d like to play.
How is more options a bad thing? When humans were able to play hunters and dwarves able to play mages, was there an uproar over overindulgence? I don’t even see how it would affect other players negatively. Would seeing a Void Elf Demon Hunter kill your gaming vibe?
