I doubt they were given visage by design

All I’m saying is that they likely have visage, and most of their abilities, as a result of the draconic magic they were infused with, and not something they were specifically granted by design.
Even if Neltharion hard locked the visage, we were able to unlock Augmentation specialization after looking into / dealing with our past. There shouldnt be anything to prevent us from changing our visage forms from a lore perspective.

Like i could be Augmentation as soon as the patch rolled around. When did we deal with anything from the past?
There was a tiny quest chain.
Keeping up the good fight asking for more visage race options I see like omg that human model is awful.

Someone is busy doing the Lords work 
When you get you soar buffed back, can you also get another soar that works like normal flying? They already said they would have it toggelabe for other mounts, I think it would be nice for farming herbs and ores.

I really thought that dragthyr dragonriding was going to be like mounting up into ground mount hover animation and then just flying off afterwards.
So let us recap:
-Some kind of option at the barbershop to change visage form to any of the available races (keeping alliance / horde seperate for technical reasons, I guess)
-Either remove Soar cooldown to make it in line with druid flight forms, which are also getting dynamic flying soon™ or give us a kind of grace period when landing on the ground to enable herb / ore gathering before “dismounting”
-Some kind of Hover-like ground mount version a la worgen wild running for areas without flying mounts (Dungeons, Raids, etc…)
-Option for classic flying added to the upcoming soar dynamic flight

Seems reasonable, I still think having a option to have classic flying toggleable with soar would be neat though. Just be flapping above AH or chilling high up.

This is a big wow year, lets hope we also get our lovely choice of visage, a ground mount hover, removal of cooldown on dynamic soar and an option for “classic” flying soar.
