Vigor Slows Global Cooldown?

Hi all, Does Vigor slow down your Rogue? Or is it all in my head?

It seems like if I don’t have Vigor, I hit faster and proc second Ambush or Sinister Strike more. Is it my imagination? What is your experience?

I cant answer if its faster or not, but can say you should be able to use the addon Details! to track your proc rates i think
