Our raid team [OG After Dark], one of 7 raid teams within our community, is currently recruiting raiders that want to push into mythic content–either immediately, or eventually.
The team has two immutable rules:

Treat each other like humans, and communicate as adults. We are all people, with the same goals, and we deserve to be treated with kindness and compassion.

Maintain a growth (learning) mindset. A consistent commitment to improvement is worth infinitely more than raw skill.
Besides these two most-important concepts, there are a number of lesser requirements:

You must be a tagged member of to join us in raid content. Don’t want to transfer? We have over 20 connected guilds on most large WoW servers.

You must have discord and a working mic to raid.

Put the guild’s progress above personal loot.
-
Use the tools at your disposal. DeadlyBossMods addon, Weak Auras, Angry assignments, anything else to give you the 1% edge.

Run M+ to fill the weekly vault. We will help with this.
End of the day:
Our main goal is to let you play what you want to play. We expect punctuality and commitment to the raid group and respect towards the other raid members. Our bare minimum requirement is to know your class, know the fights, and be willing to learn and improve–for your own benefit, and the benefit of the team. All of these things really should go without saying–you take pride in your skill and abilities. Stick with us, and you will eventually unlock the doors on mythic raiding, and be counted among the best players in the game.

Mythic Plus
Dungeons are a key part of the game, and are integral in building a gearset to push top content. From learning a new dungeon at the start of an expansion to pushing keys with a group of friends, there is always lots of fun to be had and we could always use another member to help. Keys are a great way to have some fun while making new friends. There is a wide range of keys being pushed, from +2 to +20, and I’m sure in our community you will find members that fit your playstyle.
Cross-Faction Gaming
At the time of this writing, we have guilds on 19 American servers and one OCE server that raid and run dungeons together. We also have a cross-faction community Discord that serves as a hub to connect all of these servers, and let you interface and run content with folks from wherever we are. And we have GIFs.
Tuesday/Saturday raiding does not work for you?
No worries! We offer a variety of other raiding options that fit the raider of all skill levels. We even have basic training for those who are looking to step into raiding for the first time.

Knights of the Alliance is recruiting all people, all specs, and all roles, for our raiding, Mythic+, and PvP teams.
KotA has been around since the early days of Vanilla WoW and we have raided in every tier since that time, attempting or beating every raid as it was current content. Every so often, as with anyone with a life, we have backed off raiding due to real-life events or because an expansion sucked (looking at you BFA). During Legion, we were a top ten guild on Lightbringer and a top 5 Alliance guild. However, as always, our goal has never been to reach these heights, they are just obtainable with the right group of individuals around us. As such, here are the rules for KotA members -
- We were all prior military. As such, we tend to act like it. We bark orders and we expect things to be done when we say it. But that also includes all the fun stuff. If you were ever in the military, you know exactly what I’m talking about.
- We swear. A lot. An obscene amount. If that hurts your psyche, then we aren’t the guild for you.
- We are also a family guild. My dad, my mom, my three older brothers, my two little brothers, and my sister all play WoW and are all in this guild. Once upon a time, we also boasted having my uncle, my aunt, and my cousin all in the guild as well. Those familiar relationships tend to grow towards people who join our guild, but especially with those who have been in the military.
- Because 1 and 3, we also tend to give everyone around us a lot of crap. We trash-talk you if you screw up a pull. We give you crap if you fall down on the elevator boss. Expect to have a lot of fun while in the guild but expect that fun to come at your expense.
- We are a family. As such, we help each other out. We farm materials if you need to level your professions, we help you out if you are trying to get a specific item, and we bring cauldrons, feasts, codexes, etc. From the moment you join, expect us to treat you as your family would treat you.
- This brings me to our final rule - If you sign up for something, we expect you to be there. We understand things come up and we know that real life is far more important than WoW, but we just ask that you give us a heads up if something is happening and you’re gonna be late or won’t be able to show up. We aren’t heartless, you know.
If you’ve made it through the rules for harmonious living in KotA, then you might have a place with us.
We are going to be raiding Normal raids, then switching over to Heroics, then onward to Mythic, every raid tier. Our raid times are Tuesday/Wednesday, 5-8 PST/8-11EST for our main raid, and Saturday, 5-8 PST/8-11EST, for our second raid. For M+, our guild focuses on getting our guild members through KSM, and then pushing to see how high we can go. We currently have a team training to join the Mythic Dungeon Invitational in August/September to see how high they can do. Finally, for PvP, we do RBG’s every Monday, Arenas on Thursday, and our goal is between 1800-2100 every season. In fact, there are some that are shooting for 2400 this next season.
We are currently looking for all classes and all specs. Our guild boasts the best healing core on the server and many of our DPS are top ten for their class/spec. So, if the bullet points above sound good to you, hit me up. We always invite the person, not the class or spec.

Hi! You fit our mold just fine! We are a bunch of 20 something’s and 30 something’s.
We are looking new members. Our raid team recently transferred from Alliance to Horde to break off from a casual Guild. I was happy most of our core raiders were able to stay in tact and remained with the team. We have quality people and are seeking to add more quality people as we fill out our raid team and mythic+ groups. We are an 18+ community seeking new ACTIVE players. Desire to Go AOTC… and beyond. When we are not raiding, we are doing keys. Discord required for raids, encouraged for keys. Accepting both newer players and veteran players.

Hey there, if you’re still looking then I think we may potentially be a great fit! We’re primarily made up of older raiders who either no longer have time to hardcore raid, or just don’t care too much about high-end prog, our GM has called our guild a HC raider retirement home!
We’d love to add a Feral to our roster, we don’t have any currently! Hit me up if we interest you at all!

Chaotic Neutral is a long-established semi-hardcore guild located on Alliance Turalyon that has been around since TBC! While we aren’t a hardcore CE push guild we do like to push as far as we can into mythic with a relaxed and chill raid environment, we’re a guild that prefers to have fun than get angry about progress.
We raid Tues/Weds from 7:30-10:30 pm EST with an optional Saturday extra prog/alt night in the same time frame if we have the people. All we ask of raiders is to research fights and research your own class so you can play to the best of your ability!
