408 Havoc DH (Neck level 44): Cratas
Been mainly raiding with hunter but wanted to make the switch to boomkin. With druid mainly heal m+, few attempts at raid with boomy. Did some raid healing but been pugs only so never really got past M Grong due to it being a pug. But will raider on either char, not an issue for me both hunter and druid are kept up to date
Got Mythic Jaina to about 15%-20%

How do you loot council personal loot? make the person give up the piece of gear they already have? what if they can’t/don’t want to trade it?
why wouldn’t you want to trade it to the person that it’s the highest increase for
