Strike Out is a progression focused Horde guild on Thrall. We pride ourselves on having a relaxed yet productive atmosphere within our raids. We are a large group of friends that work well together and we was formed as a result of a late start on Shadowlands. We are looking to get progressively better each and every tier moving forward. We have people on everyday doing pvp, m+ keys, pug raids after progression days, and xmog runs!

What we are looking for: As of this moment we are recruiting any an all roles. Most of our raiders can flex roles and classes and would be willing to flex for the right fit for the guild! We are currently an 18 man roster and need the last 2 players to solidify our group and begin working on mythic!
Everyone is so excited to push mythic bosses, so I know we’ll down the first few quickly. The group really came together during sylvanas and mythic should be a lot of fun with a full roster!
We often chill outside of raid in our discord and run m+ or do other things. We are also looking at doing guild RBGs soon and planning some community events for everyone as well!

Our guild is founded on a “bring the player not the class” mentality and is a place where all experience levels are welcomed. All events will be organized and will offer a helpful learning and content progression experience. Raid: Our goal is to achieve AOTC in each tier. We are currently recruiting all classes and roles of various experience levels for our progression. Our plan is to clear 10/10 Normal Sanctum of Domination and then progress into Heroic.
Schedule: Tuesday/Thursday: 8:30PM - 11:00PM EST/SERVER TIME
Mythic+: Our goal is to achieve Keystone Master for 90%+ of our core raiders in each season. Our plan is to run mythic + dungeons following raid nights and as able on off nights to ensure everyone gets their weekly 15 key for the week.
Schedule: Tuesday/Thursday: 11:00PM - 12:00AM EST/SERVER TIME, *As able on off nights (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday)
PvP
Rated Battlegrounds: Our goal is to achieve 1800 rating in each season. We are recruiting all classes and roles of various experience levels for our progression. Post RBGS we will as a guild do 2s, 3s, random battlegrounds for fun and additional experience.

Raiders should come prepared to raid in a progression-minded environment by having food, flasks, pots, runes, tomes, and anything else you might need. Gear should be gemmed and enchanted. Raiders should know fights before hand so if they have any questions or comments on how things are done on a fight they can be asked a head of time. Team members should maintain a positive attitude during raid and help fellow teammates to improve where needed.
Attendance should be 2/3 or better. Consistency offers a better raiding atmosphere for all raiders. We understand that sometimes you may need to post out for the night. We expect raiders to post out in the attendance channel that they will not be attending raid.
About our Team
We are one of the newest teams in Eternal Kingdom forming approximately 1 month after Castle Nathia came out. After forming up and getting our core group set we started to progress extremely quickly. In Castle Nathria despite the late start we achieved progressed up to Sludgefist and nearly killed him.
There will be zero tolerance for drama and a high expectation for all raiders to treat each other with respect. If you have any concerns, please bring them to leadership immediately. We will do everything we can to ensure that our raid atmosphere remains relaxed and fun while also focusing on killing bosses.

Eternal Kingdom is a large multi-faction community consisting of multiple guilds, 9 Mythic raid teams, 6 Heroic raid teams, 2 Training teams, a PvP team, friends, and family. We’re an Alliance guild on US-Cenarius. Castle Nathria was our first tier attempting mythic as a guild and we achieved 6/10M despite stopping raiding in March due to real life circumstances. We are aiming to get CE in Sanctum of Domination, which we feel is a realistic and achievable goal. We are very proud of the community we have built and grown within the guild, and are looking for a few more DPS to round out our mythic team.
