I’ll have to double check when I get home from work… but at it stands right now I only have Freehold and another dungeon available to me. (I don’t remember the second one)… It seems that they’ve taken that into consideration because you also have to do Tir Sound first. Then you can progress to Drustvar at 25, and not sure what level is required for the valley. Going to assume that dungeons won’t unlock until you’re in the actual zone.
