A few quests only required level 60 to get.

Same issue, still bugged 5 days after launch.
I am still unable to pick up this quest. the known issues page for this quest says that “Our developers have fixed the issue that was causing this problem and the quest is obtainable again” which isnt the case.

Still bugged. Quest tracker addons show I have completed the follow up quests which should trigger the achievement but this is not the case. My guess is that if you went Venthyr you get HoA: Medallion of Pride instead of HoA: Your Absolution. Then, if you completed the follow up quests before the hotfix, its still broken because the achievement is tracking a specific order of quests and not just that the last quest is done.
Its been fixed. There are other quests prior to “Your absolution”. I went to the quest giver which is near hall of atonements and picked it up yesterday, ran the dungeon and got loremaster and everything else.
EDIT: Im also venthyr and have been waiting for this for a while.
