I’m not sure if this is the place to ask. I am stuck at 8/9 on the Venthyr campaign but it is finished. I switched from Night Fae and believe that I didn’t get credit for the first chapter. Now I put in a ticket like was suggested. Except the wait time seems to be multiplying it has gone from 22 hours to 3 days ten hours. I feel at this rate I will be waiting until after next year to get it answered.
That would be a display error tickets are averaging 24hr.
Try running Halls of Attonement, there is a quest associated with that, I had to do that to finish the campaign.

Unfortunately, we have been seeing a big increase in tickets, response times for some issues can be around 2 days. We’re working to get this time reduced as soon as we can.
The 3 day time is definitely an error.
It does look like Yuiko’s ticket was addressed and should be resolved now.
