Venthyr Assault: Stuck at 3/4 quests complete

I know that there were some earlier reports of issues with the Assault. One of the Blizzard replies:

We’ve seen several reports on this and it is being looked into. Try leaving the Maw completely and returning, that is helping in some situations.
