I have yet to see Dervish spawn even once.
It’s a 50/50 shot on what he meant, but you know what that means, means your wrong 75% of the time.

Are you level 52 in game? How many runs into arena are you? Most warriors and shaman run arena from 52-60 and might get lucky maybe 10 times across 8 levels of arena spam to see him spawn, and drop the boots or helm every time.
Ok, by most warriors i mean me.
I’ve seen him spawn 3 times, and drop the chest piece twice.
I’ve seen HoJ drop twice, and the druid tanking pants drop once.
And seen zero Second winds 
No, I am 57 and have run it a nauseating amount of times. Already have my HoJ as well.

Are you fighting you way to the arena? or doing the key drop down method for faster farming?

Feral dps. Love it. Feral from Vanilla to Legion. I’ve barely met any balance druids.
I met one last night, we as friendly guy, spell critical aura is great. They are just really mana hungry, but pair em with a mage and they are golden.
Yeah mage, shadow priest, and balance are an awesome trio too. I have one Horde side that we just chat. He occasionally gets me in wpvp with his rogue friend. My guild would actually take one, but surprisingly no one has asked. Currently only two 60 druids in my guild. I’m the feral tank and heals with feral dps set. Other is a straight resto that kicks my behind when healing. 
I was in BRD 2 weeks ago with two mages, a lock, and druid tank and both SGC and HoJ dropped. I closed my eyes and was sure I could hear the anguished cries of warriors and rogues a world away. Sometimes RNG is just a sunova.

That sounds horrible… at the very least maybe the Druid tank could have used HOJ… somehow…? Maybe?
Pretty sure we gave it to him lol, i don’t even remember who ended up with the sgc cuz it wasn’t me, but i would have felt dirty d/e-ing it
I dunno chance at the epic shard is still more useful than a few gold for vendoring it.
But glad he got it, if he goes feral it might be helpful? Or maybe even bear… who knows
Back in vanilla, and then during TBC my prot warrior farmed ZF for the two tanking swords that have a chance to drop.
NEVER SAW THEM DROP… Unless I was on an alt that couldn’t use them…

I just stealthed it with a friend till he got it.
I feel ya, my guild is light on druids and heavy on mages. Can you guess what drops in MC/Ony? Definitely not mage gear. We once had the druid BoE belt drop 3 times in one run.
