Got a Venerated Animal Spherule for completing my campaign quest this week… the token is for item level 187. Useless for anything but a DE if I’m able to use it, but none of the 4 vendors in my covenant base offer item level 187 token turn ins… bug? oversight? Some mystery 5th vendor in another location?

Check the LFR weapon vendor in your covenent… Your “animal spherule” should be tradeable.

I checked the raid finder vendor. He’s one of the four vendors. He offers weapons for 194 ilvl tokens.
edit I just figured it out…the vendor has multiple item level weapons available and I just wasn’t seeing them because you have to hover over every one to see what item level it is for.

The NPC you are looking for is Kelli Hoo. They’re a Steward standing in the middle of the southern wing of Elysian Hold.
Should be on your right if you’re coming from the main area.
