Ana is a difficult character to master, but worth it if you can.
She’s a healer.
Who heals her team by shooting them with a sniper rifle.
The bullets are filled with an adaptive compound that heals or hurts depending on whether the target is on Ana’s team or not.
Obviously… she spent her youth as a Raid Healer in WoW and just want to shoot everyone for standing in the fire and found a way to do that.
If I remember right she is also Makoto from persona 5, aka best girl. Lucy from fairy tail, and I know there are numerous other roles I can’t think of right this second.
I’ve found I can recognize her voice really quick.
Nope it does. Persona is a popular franchise, especially since 5 came out, so it makes sense to know of it but not have played it.
Gotta say though. 100% recommend you do. The plot is great, especially in Royal with Kasumi added. Even if you don’t become a fanboi like me it’s a fantastic JRPG. (Assuming you like jrpgs too)
I associate the store I work for with the MAW and yeah, her voice does get stuck in my head from time to time. So does the Jailer when things are heating up. “There is no escape.”
They didn’t actually expect his role to be that big, but when they heard the actor perform, they realized they had something really special, and they accommodated to grow his role.
The same exact thing happened with Sire Denathrius. Ray Chase nailed it so hard, that they changed the story so we DIDN’T kill him, but imprisoned him instead, just to bring him back later.
I think it’s great that Blizzard has that flexibility to not be stuck to a roadmap like it was set in stone.
The most I know of it was when Super Best Friends Play did videos about it. People made My Little Pony animations with their audio from those videos and it was pretty funny.
Ven’ari really didn’t register for me, and for the longest time, I had no idea which Broker they were talking about, because they all sounded male. Then I realized it was the one who introduces us to Torghast. I guess I forgot she was a broker, since I had stopped questing when I got to doing things for Necrolords to work on alts.
For me, it’s probably
Laura Bailey as Jaina
Jennifer Hale as Elisande
Claudia Christian as Lady Liadrin
Karen Strassman as Vanessa VanCleef
Debra Wilson as Draka
Ellie Kendrick as Taelia
Salli Saffioti as Thalyssra
Maria Angelico as the Winter Queen
Shout outs to the dudes that crush it, like Matt Mercer as Rexxar, Chris Metzen as Thrall, Jonathan Adams as Xuen, Ray Chase as Denathrius, Josh Keaton as Anduin, Aaron Phillips as Wrathion, Alex Désert as Bwonsamdi, Cam Clarke as Marileth (and the Blood Elf Male since TBC),
I love that Scott Menville has so many voices across WoW, now, from the Revendreth mini-gargoyles, to mechagnomes, etc, and now Khary Payton is in Exile’s Reach for Alliance. When does Tara Strong get a prominent character? Hynden? Greg? Teen Warcraft GO!
