The overall issue was fixed, so the Great Vault should be generating the correct loot for Mythic+. If you had already generated that loot though, the fix is not retroactive.

I deleted your reply because I didn’t want this thread to become about this. I’m sorry for the obvious frustration this may have caused and that you must wait for your ticket to be addressed, like everyone else in your situation. That can’t really be helped. Now that a resolution to the Great Vault issue has been implemented and a policy set on how to address those who either already retrieved or generated their rewards our staff is working through those queues.
