Vanishing Questline in BfA! Need Help!

I was in the middle of doing the war campaign questline that you need to do in order to unlock Kul Tiran humans. I was on the step where you go to Vol’dun and get a quest auto-flagged that tells you to repel 4 Horde missions, IE do 4 world quests with the Alliance symbol on them. I completed one and was in the middle of doing the second one when the entire quest chain vanished.

I think what you were seeing was a Faction Assault, which isn’t part of the War Campaign questline and isn’t required for unlocking Kul Tirans.
