Vanessa Vancleef Defeated But No Loot in Heroic

Hi CS, I defeated Vanessa Vancleef on Heroic, but I can’t click on her to claim the loot on Heroic. I did get the achievement however. Please help, so I can get the appearance collection. Thank you.
