This pretty much. I’ve never had any spriest come close to my healing when using VE. Sounds like lazy healers to me.
You are telling on yourself.
VE heals FIVE PEOPLE MAX for 20% of shadow damage dealt.
If that is over half of your total RAID HEALING as a dedicated healer, you are asleep at the keys, or are extremely bad.

I know priests better than you ever will bud. VE is overtuned.
It was always kept in check by priest doing garbo damage but now they do pumper damage so the heals spiked dramatically

A base ability is overtuned. I’m sure it has nothing to do with the increased damage and massive amount of spell power we have at this level.
All you guys saying VE isn’t overtuned and any healer getting outhealed by it is a noob…
Did you guys look at the logs of the first Gnomer clear full of certified not noobs?

The devs went ape for Priests. Clearly a dev pet class.
Spriest outhealing healer isnt exactly hard. and its not even the healers bad lol. If the priest is able to just do damage the healing comes naturally there really is no healing needed outside of a spot healing here and there. If there is huge raid wide dam like messing up boss 2 mechanics or leaving the clouds on fight 1. Then the sp just destroys with raw healing. Can get upwards of 200-300+ hps as shadow only using embrace.
