Almost all of that is after legion, like I said.
The rest (rested XP, Daily Quest CDs etc) are almost never linked to player power and could usually (almost always) be grinded in other ways.

Hard sell to say raid lockouts are a form of timegating, but it is timed so I guess that might fly.

Again, hoping this garbage gets thrown into the trash.

Most of the list is pre-legion.

For power related stuff pre-Legion:

Raid boss lockouts

Conquest caps

Valor caps

Daily quests (mostly daily heroic for the gold badges)

Heroic dungeons prior to LFD (to keep queues faster) also used to have a daily lockout
