Uuna and Baa'l

last night, i completed the Uuna scenario, did her little world tour, went towards Baa'l, because i did the pebble hunt weeks ago, she said her little dialogue however, Baa'l was unaffected, tried reloading ui, summoning/dismissing Uuna, disabling addons, exiting and relaunching WoW, none of that worked, but when i reset my ui, Uuna zapped Baa'l, he weakened, i battled him, and won, and now, i OWN Baa'l, just a simple reset of the ui can make ALL the difference

I had to log out completely and log back in, then it worked and I was able to get Baa'l.

Killing him with the gastropod resets him it seems so then uuna can hit him.

This worked for me tonight: you basically are being taken to the WM (or off the WM) shard, I turned on mine and went to the volcano and was able to get my pet goat.

Toggling War Mode did not work for me.

I have Uuna with her storyline/World Tour complete. I waited a few minutes. I reloaded. The demon goat still has 8K+ health. I'm doing this all on the same character that did the pebbles and the Uuna stuff.

Empowered Uuna, did her World Tour, got all the pebbles, did the War Mode thing, reset the ui, disabled add-ons, reloaded, restarted computer and logged out of game several times and she does nothing to Baa'l. I know the Blizz guys and gals are busy, but I hope this issue is closer to the top of the list rather than the bottom to be fixed. :)

*Edit* Just logged on today, 10/6, and it worked. Uuna did her thing and I got Baa'l. I don't know if they fixed it or it was just plain luck.

Also bugged here on Proudmoore.

Bugged on dragonblight also. Made a ticket.

*EDIT* The response i got was that they were instructed by the devs not to help, that it is up to the players to figure out and for me to do some research. Research? did he think i figured this out on my own?

Checked today (11/9/18) … bug remains in affect and Toggling Warmode DOES correct the problem.

Seems to still be a thing. I was doing some old content and I’m encountering this bug now. I switch to WM on, still bugged. I don’t have the snail… I guess I’ll try to farm that now.

It’s been many years now, please fix??? :sob:

Took me 19 kills to get my Uuna doll to drop and finally got it today, spent a good 3+ hours doing Uuna’s scenario and her world tour. Spent another 3+ hours collecting all 12 pebbles just so that I could get all geeked out and head to Baa’l so that I could spend 2 more hours (AND COUNTING!) of Uuna not doing anything to weaken Baa’l. I have reloaded UI, toggled war mode, turned off all add-ons, even RESET my UI and still not working.

I am beyond livid and it seems ridiculous that 3 YEARS LATER this still hasn’t been fixed, worst of all I open support to try and open a ticket and search “Baa’l” and the canned response is “This feature is not broken and working as intended” or some other garbage like that. I don’t mind “heavy grinds” when I go into them knowing that’s what I’m expecting but I followed the guides, did what was necessary and should not be facing this problem right now.

have you been able to obtain baal? i have looked everywhere on the internet and still cant get him. any ideas?

11/2023 here… just letting ya’ll know it’s still bugged. I have a fully upgraded Uuna and she doesn’t do anything in front of Baa’l, he just murders my battle pets. Do better Blizzard, fix this!
