Wipe Enjoyers - Wiping together since pull one
A few important things to know as you settle in:
Wipes are normal here
Mistakes happen. We learn together. No shaming, no rage, no call-outs.
Learning comes first
Questions are encouraged. Clear explanations before pulls. Progress happens over time.
Our unique approach to learning:
Most people have never felt safe enough to try raid leading. Each raid has a Primary Lead and a Shadow Lead. The Primary Lead is a veteran or spends their offline time learning raid and dungeon mechanics. Our current Primary Lead is David, a mythic raider who raids with us come Friday on his alt. Shadow Leads learn from the Primary, help call mechanics, then leads their own boss or section during raids. Eventually, Shadow Leads graduate to become a Primary for future runs. To become a Shadow Lead, message a Primary Lead. They will determine if your a good fit for them to take you under their wing. If you fit the bill, they will message one of our officers to promote you and then you will have access to the #shadow-lead-checklist Discord channel. Communicate with your Primary Lead to schedule a learning session together.
No boosts, no gold buying, no parse pressure
We play the game the pure way — together.
Real life comes first
No attendance requirements. We will fill up spots as we need them come raid night. Take breaks when you need to. The guild will still be here.
Firsts matter
First raid? First clear? First tank? First time leading? We celebrate it.
A social guild, for a social MMO
