Think you should of skipped the serpent dragon. While I know they are the Mop flying mounts that are most distinguishable they have been recolored so often they are kind of interchangeable.

Ignoring Heroic Edition (which only comes with extra game time and a MoP Classic level boost), value for your $40 compared to the usual prices (900k US gold for WoW Tokens to buy as of this post):
- Flying Mount $25
- Ground Mount $20
- Pet $10 to $15
- Toy $10
- Transmog $10 to $20.
So roughly $75 to $90 worth of value for $40 which you get for both Retail and MoP Classic.
If you don’t like Sha themed stuff or MoP I’d skip it. If you like the stuff this probably won’t be removed from the shop until MoP Classic progresses to WoD.

So, after purchasing this package, I got everything EXCEPT for the transmog, which is literally the thing I wanted the most, is this a bug?

It’s weird they’re still calling these ‘Classic’.
I get it, it’s an older version of the game.
But it’s like saying Call of Duty Black Ops 2 is a classic game lol.
It’s closer to modern gaming, than is to retro stuff.

Also we have a few other mounts like the Arcanit’s Manasaber which can fly too. Also the China exclusive flying Spectral Tiger.
We will get it around July 31st when MoP Classic Pre-Patch launches.

That’s a manasaber, not a tiger
That tiger is dead cuz its spectral, ghosts may fly as being a ghost overwrites previous abilities

They did this with the Cata Classic item for the transmog set as well. You could set an alert on your calendar that you got a cool transmog set for July 31st.

Goodness that Tiger looks AMAZING. Would love it if it could fly.
Cloud Serpent looks really good too. Sure, recolor, but it has modern graphics, so it looks extra sharp.
Looking forward to the transmog set whenever it arrives.
