Does anyone out there who bought it know if it is charged at the time or will it be charged at 12 months, only after my 06 months are over?
I read in another thread the money comes out immediately.

They charge right away like if you brought it today …it will be charged too your account today.
that’s a nice murloc mount. shame you can’t earn it in-game (and yes, you can technically earn it in game by grinding out the gold, then buying tokens, but you folks know what i mean and are intentionally interpreting it wrong).

If you guys made it so the people who got 6 month subs could just update their 6 month to 12 and just pay the difference it wouldn’t be bad, it would be a perfectly acceptable mobe, but as it stands now us that purchased 6 months have to get another 12, billed in totality and immediately, in order to enjoy the deal.
We do know it was on purpose though, that’s what you wanted, that’s why you waited a week after the pre-patch, trying to get some people to sub for 18 months.

You should be ashamed trying to get people to buy an extra 12 months on top of 6 months and pretending the option to make it grandfathered in is not possible. This kind of holding people hostage is why your company is constantly bombarded with negativity.

I do wish we could just added 6 more months if already on a recurring 6 month sub…my 6 month sub doesn’t run out till May of 2023…but I look at it this way…you have till Jan 15th 2023…that is just 4 months before my sub would run out …

I mean, personally I know I’m going to be playing for the foreseeable future, so this is essentially “yay free mounts” added on to a sub I’d already be paying for regardless. I was a bit shocked to see it bill immediately vs on my scheduled “next billing date” and I think they should definitely make that part very clear, since “pay for and add 12 months today” is a biiit different than just changing your normal recurring sub from 6 to 12 months.

Hey wait a minute, why do we have a Scarab mount in an expansion about Dragons? I think I remember there being rumors the Murloc mount was some canned Blizzcon deal, but I thought this was an expansion about dragons. More Old Gods in our future? Nerub having a grand opening.
Little reminder here now folks…if you don’t want the buy the 12 month sub rate…just wait most times these Sub mounts head too the Shop…the Dreadwake was a 6 month sub mount and now you can buy it in the store. You can take the chance and wait…its up too you not blizzard or anyone else…
