Yesterday the layer 7 end boss brutally destroyed my rectum as a 198 ilvl prot paladin. I could only burn off 50% of his 570k HP pool before he started hitting me with 30k+ damage auto attacks. After I ran out of defensive CD’s he straight up one shot me with a 55k crit. Seemed impossible to beat solo. Anyways hope these changes make it easier.
6 is pretty damn easy so 8 becoming as hard as 6 is kind of a free pass

As they’re only out in 3 weeks and the common player doesn’t even know to google stuff, I’m not surprised they don’t know.
Uhh, it was already a lame chore that took hours, and even more hours of trying to get a group if it was impossible for you like tanks/healers.
There is nothing fun or exciting about choreghast, and all it does is block me from playing what I want to play ( dungeons, arenas, bgs, etc )

Since right now most people seem to be considered “geared” in barely above M0 gear and it’s getting nerfed I’m worried where they will set the baseline.
In a month, instead of everyone being 180-185 well he 205-215. It’s going to feel like an island.

Add a Class spec modifying auras for torgast, so that things can be Dialed for individual characters. Rather than a broad nerf when some clearly don’t need it? Only beef i have had as a shadow priest was the time it takes to complete all of it for the week.
Well the health scales by 6% each layer you climb. They still intend for the higher layers to be challenging and for folks doing the higher layers to be a higher ilvl.
They can always add more difficulties. And you’re completely ignoring the existence of Twisting Corridors.
Sometimes when I head out for a challenging hike, I gather info, prepare, gather my equipment, and off I go. When I can’t finish the challenge, I don’t complain and ask the good Earth to make it easy for me. No. Instead, I adapt, I regroup myself and take a different approach to overcome.
Instead, of nerfing Torghast, why not remove the limit on deaths? This will give players options to reconsider a different approach to a fight. How about the ability to go back into a layer to accumulate more anima? Give people a realistic chance to overcome. But don’t just hand people the very thing many are willing to work for and overcome.
