When will the cosmetic section of torghast open?
Have you played Classic WoW? In what way was that any harder than what we have now? A Mythic0 is harder than any Classic raid.

I think a simple solution would be to award soul ash for each floor you complete rather than wasting 40 minutes getting to the last boss/floor and losing with no consolation.
Then blizzard won’t feel the need to nerf it into the ground and make it unfun for ppl like me who don’t think its that hard.
You people cry a lot when content is too hard but then cry when its too easy/boring.

I’m sorry that you’re stuck in the past and you think the only AAA titles are the only games that come out like Skyrim or Witcher. You could literally pick any game from the NES period and I’ll beat it long before you even get to the half-way point of Exanima, Heaven or hell in DMC, Cuphead, Lmao, get out of here with that boomer take. Games were not hard on the NES, it was just the Dark Souls concept of “learn how to fight the boss” and you won. Took no actual skill

Twisting Corridors will start off harder than layer 8. They are also thinking about doing timed Torghast speed runs.

There’s plenty of challenging content in the game already. But I wouldn’t be opposed to a more challenging Torghast, as long as it involved a different reward structure.
Soul Ash is the chore currency, it’s not interesting enough for me to seek a challenge for. Gear, cosmetics, mounts, etc… that’s worth seeking a challenge for, IMO.
Give me a reason to fight and fail. But not for a little more of an additional unique currency that’s mandatory for progression. Soul Ash feels like a poor man’s titan residuum, and that wasn’t interesting to grind either.
I would agree with you if the power build up was more consistent.
I would say approx half my runs, the powers i get are so bad.
Because I experienced enough of Torghast the last couple of weeks to look at what they posted here and clearly see that it is getting turned into a steamroll.
What’s to stop them from adding more layers? Oh, I dunno… let’s see here… people will whine that they can’t have a little more than they have now and they feel like because something exists… they should just win!

Dead or Alive 4 had Alpha…tto date i dont think i have hated a fight as much when a boss is basically coded to cheat at game mechanics.
teleporting mid combos & ability to do over 50% health in 1 attack…
but yeah older games had an enjoyable difficulty to em.
Battletoads isn’t hard. Played it growing up and it wasn’t even hard. Halo 2 legendary campaign is harder than Battletoads.
This is a good idea. Each floor awards X amount of ash once. When it’s done you have to go to the next. Keep people from repeatedly farming a tier 1 floor 1 forever.
