Make sure you target Dr. Boom. He’s the one that drops loot, and he dies really, REALLY fast.

I got in a group tried to tag ANYTHING and got killed only. No loot, no nothing. Just death and lag.

Something that helped me - I’m using the Eyes for you only toy from Love is in the Air event… so everyone else is a lil floating heart. Cuts down on lag and makes the bosses easier to see.

The corgi goggles also work wonders.
The achievement for collecting them seems to count account-wide. After learning a new card on an alt who killed it, I’m at 9/10 now instead of 8/10.

Actually one of the bosses nuked us all at my portal because nobody could see that we were being hit with acid bombs until the entire play field was just a massive field of corpses.
(but then I got immediately rephased with a new portal opening and just a handful of people around and it went much more smoothly)
Is there a way we can check our card collection to see what we have and are missing? (nevermind, found the achievements under collections)
Sarge also places a HS table down and squeaks at you, if you let him idle for a while

I try to be positive…but when they mess up something as simple as an anniversary event like this, it really makes me skeptical that they can actually pull off a secret patch with no beta testing.

I mean, we all shouldnt be surprised by this kinda stuff from them, it’s like clockwork with these events.

You’re right, it’s not surprising, but trying to remain hopeful that the game won’t keep being dogsht. It’s depressing how long these types of problems have been going on for Blizzard and they NEVER learn their lesson.

collections. There are two you should see: hearthstone beginner (progress towards next reward) and hearthstone card collection (which lists all available cards and which you have)

I mean you just described the definition of insanity, hoping for a different outcome on the same types of things.
I don’t expect anything from these. I just assume its broken the moment it starts, that way you’re not disappointed 
There better be some hotfixes this evening or fixes during maintenance tomorrow. That’s all I’ve gotta say.
I’m in a constant state of disappointment with Blizzard, but I also don’t expect anything from them. My state of disappointment is from my almost 20 years of playing WoW and seeing what the developers keep doing to what never use to be an issue. It is some kind of insanity you’re right, but I’ve been playing this game 2/3rds of my life…and I just want it to be decent
