The mail is sitting on an alt who isn’t parked at one of the spawn locations. So I may have to do that.
Not to be too much of a pessimist, but this feels like a continuation of that feeling that the developers are doing the bare minimum required so they can get back to scrolling twitter and tiktok all day.
Come on, WoW devs, show us some effort so we can convince our friends to come back to this game.

Welp, missed the first spawn because you don’t know how to make games anymore. It was in SW and I was in Valdrakken with no way to know. Where will it be next hour? WHO KNOWS? Will it even spawn next hour? WHO KNOWS? This is so dumb.

I got the “Stone of the Hearth” toy. I added it to my toybox, and it was added. But it can’t be used and doesn’t even have a description lol

People were calling it out on our realm, but I just logged into Stormwind and got to kill it again for loot. A second time.
Having the same issue, this is the stupidest event, and largest waste of players time.

I just had a fun idea.
I’m going to go to Durotar on my Alliance in warmode and farm honor points at the hearthstone table.
Just hopped groups 6 times and managed to get the hat, tabard, mount and the toy that does nothing.
On next portal spawn, just leave your dungeon finder tab open on premade groups and quickly jump around the second the boss dies on your shard.
They. Don’t. Care.
They make the same mistakes over and over, you think them using words would actually do anything when they continue to do the same mistakes year after year?

This event has been the biggest catastrophe of Dragonflight so far.
- The NA servers didn’t account for Daylight Savings Time in their promotion, so everyone sat around waiting for an hour.
- The content is nonexistent; there’s a single table where you press buttons to drop down “cards” with no real gameplay.
- The World Bosses die instantly because they fail to account for entire servers showing up to one point on the map every hour to kill a boss.
This is embarassing. It’s the entire team who designed this event learned NOTHING from the Diablo event and put the barest effort into this. There’s functionally no gameplay in this special event after an entire motnh of no news from Blizzard. It’s deplorable. Do better.

The lag was so bad it took 14 minutes for all of our adds to spawn and only people spamming their aoe got to tag them because they died instantly.
I can’t wait to do this again in an hour. Oh excuse me, 40 minutes.

OK so, the Orgrimmar spawn was a total crapshow.
There was sooooo much lag I never even got a tag on anything that spawned. my abilities were taking over 10 seconds to even activate.
it took 15 minutes until the boss finally dropped down and it was impossible to see him or tag him before he got nuked.
I think I’ll be giving this a couple of days to settle down before even bothering to try it again. That was depressing.
