their fixation on GDKPs causing inflation is genuinely embarrassing. it’s better when gold is distributed to the playerbase more evenly because it means everyone can participate in the economy easier and doesnt have to resort to gold buying to keep up with expectations of people who gatekeep raids, they just have to help clear content. gdkps keep games alive and they’re the only thing that will let sod have a proper raiding scene in a few weeks. pugging is already so miserable and an unban would fix so much
gotta sell mop so their investors know that cata was just a fluke

From the bottom of my heart, thank you and thank all of the classic devs for this content. It has been a blast despite some bumps along the way. I am looking forward to what comes next.

This has been the most enjoyable version of WoW that I (and those I play with) have ever played.
This seems like a big mistake to not dovetail SoD into something else. I (and many others) have zero desire to play MoP. This just feels like an attempt to push a passionate player-base from a game they love into a game they have no desire to play.

This might be the most disappointing “capstone” I have seen in a long time. I quit MOP because it was not fun the first time, it was only a slight improvement over Cata.
The only hype I see around MOP is the PVP, that’s it. Everything else is “yea but the PVP was good”
I guess SOD is going to be a TBC waiting room.

i am talking about sod here what are you talking about? the gdkp ban has destroyed sods pugging scene and it’s only getting worse as people get more geared. either demonstrate reading comprehension or dont chime in
Its mainly about the raids and class design but okay
The people that think vanilla is better than SoD are either warrior enjoyers or never gave SoD a fair shake. SoD is 100x more fun than anniversary in almost every conceivable way. I never played TBC (skipped it) so I’ll give it a shot but reading about the issues, I’m not sure I’ll enjoy it anywhere near as much as SoD. I main spriest and it starts out super strong in TBC but by the end the DPS is pretty much last place and you’re only brought for the mana. SoD I get to pump and bring utility.
We’re pugging things every day just fine. Now, shoo.

Just please… keep SoD open and work on new stuff for it… release phase 9 in a year idc, but give us hope. Dont demoralize us in hopes we will move on to populate Mists. Most of us chose SoD because we wanted nothing to do with wow beyond classic, tbc and wrath servers.
The classic community is not asking for cata or mists… stop trying to push those things on us. Let the retail/classic tourists have at them but dont backburner the actual classic community for these hairbrained modernized ‘classic’ expansions.
