Has multiple OP runes and specs to minmax damage/healing whilst also being tanky+having other utilities like ranged kick/totems.
If anything this needs to be looked at and properly fixed so this kind of insane flexiblity actually has drawbacks for damage, healing/sustain and tankyness.

Their DoTs aren’t, Starfire on a 1.5s cast can delete people.
Ashbringer is a stam loss, that is a lot of downsides for PvP.
