like the tittle say, it’s just cosmetic and we ask for it for years, is too much work to bring it into next patch? or we have to wait almost a year to have some skin texture and new hairs cuts.
I’m pretty sure that the devs don’t have a time machine, so they can’t add it in 7.3.

The people who are designing and implementing new customizations are presumably the same people who are busy designing and implementing new armor, NPCs, and environments for the…you know…whole expansion they’re currently working on.

Yes, there’s probably heaps of backend off they need to do to make sure they aren’t design failures.
Though I’m hella curious if your voice would change between different types of human.
Different human races is a stupid idea. This not earth, this arzeroth we are talking about. There simply are not enough human settlements for humans to be that diverse, no matter what the skin tone is. Notice how they all speak the same language?
It’s probably not done yet, and given the scale of what they’re intending to add, it probably won’t be for awhile.
