Not hating, is how the rest of the world sees American culture. Especially when suing people for petty stuff just to make a profit. That’s why Americans suffer culture shock and try to bring their rights as if they were in the US and get smacked over.

I see all of the other western nations as geopolitical allies. places id like to visit someday, but nobody sits around over here stewing over Canada or Australia, or whatever. the only qualms i have is the incessant need to fire shots. we could all be friends you know

I think N. Korea, China, and Iran (to name a few) would be doing some really bad things if America wasn’t around. I also think a lot of other countries are able to spend less on their defense budget because of the global security America provides. I personally wouldn’t want to see what happens when we’re no longer the strongest country in the world and some of these very evil people feel like nobody can stop them from doing whatever they want.

I’m not labeling you as anything, I’m just calling what I’m seeing. Trolling aside most countries are mad because the US is one of few countries with unforced patriotism, even now when it’s at its lowest it’s still higher then most by a long shot.

Just look at China running slave mines in Africa and building thousand year lease ports that the African countries can’t pay back, so they assume control of and turn it into Chinese property then ban black people from their premise.
They’re recolonizing and mostly nobody cares because it doesn’t fit the America Bad politics of some freaks in this day and age.
Just look at the denial of the literal concentration camps run in north west China for the Uighur Muslims.

America is not exempt from that and it’s something the creators of this country were keenly aware of which is why they created so many checks and balances, personal rights, limited terms, etc.
I may be off base but I get the feeling that a lot of people think that Americans think they’re better than the people from other countries and that’s why they dislike us but that’s not the case. We largely ARE the people from other countries. We’re just fortunate enough to be born in a country that is ran by it’s people for it’s people. I know it sounds corny but it’s true and I wish more people would be grateful for that.
