You should try Cata classic, i think it retains a lot of what youre looking for, and it’s not as overly complex as retail either

I hear you. Try delves, I thought they were a breathe of fresh air. Otherwise don’t feel bad about leaving, if the game isnt hitting the mark, it’s ok to bail.
I have 50 alts and use it on all of them every time I log on…it’s a great value for me…

You intentionally ignored reality which is why I won and you’re you.
The game is still the same as it was back then.
They just added “additional” challenge modes to the game, on top of what was already there.
Go do LFR/Normal Raids and Heroic Dungeons. It’s the same level of difficulty as it always was previously. It may not seem that way, because we have become more skilled at the game as a community of gamers over the decades, but I assure you, it’s the same.
If you are upset about additional things being added to the game over the years, then just don’t play that side of the game? I’m not sure how this is a problem with the game itself.
Seems like you actually “want” to participate in the challenging content, but you have realized that you don’t have the skill level required or time to invest to attain such skill, therefore you think it’s the fault of the developers for your own lack of skill.
I mean, you can even obtain Mythic Raid Transmogs from Heroic gear and they provide a free piece of heroic gear every week from weekly quest and additional pieces through delve maps/great vault. It’s better now than it has been in that regard, than it EVER has been. My only gripe previously is that they locked people out of achieving the cool stuff, through challenges, but that has since been rectified.
Well, you feel YOUR time and energy isn’t valued, so you’re quitting, which I’m sure you’ll be back in a month or two. I mean, if people didn’t enjoy the game, do you honestly believe it’d still be played by as many people as it is? So what did you win with y’all little back and force?
