Unsubbing and why

Someone with actual brain cells. I’m amazed.

This can’t be proven, and not everyone that agrees with me is an alt lol. Get real

I mean… Pvpcheck shows his alt priest… which according to your summary has given you the most likes.

It was literally one of the first comments on this thread… now this thread is a complete troll fest.

Skilled Rank 1 players losing low CR 2s against geared randoms. 2 rank 1 players losing consecutive games in a row against random high geared players. Skill doesn’t mean jack when you get 2 shot.

Checking my experience is perfectectly relevant, thats why I don’t post on one of my classic characters.

The fact is that if you look at my pvp history it confirms what I’ve said and this is still a big achievement for me currently. I’m very happy with it and I will absolutely be pushing 1800 to the best of my capabilities (granted I am definitely washed up now).

Again this doesn’t really prove much :man_shrugging:

AFAIK 3rd party sites like that are rarely accurate as it takes Armory info which is notorious for being slow to change information so you really have nothing there.

Oh that comment, I did reply that multiple times in this thread I believe.

They had sub 170 iLevel with no legendary, if you can’t see how you can’t climb with that then idk what to tell you

I bet you got those tokens ready.

But skill matters more than gear right? FALSE.

Why would one of the top Rank 1 players in the world make a video on the current problem in PvP… because it’s a PROBLEM.

Troll away, dude.

This literally can be proven, but when confronted with the information you just say “lol fake news I don’t believe you,” and continue to argue in bad faith. The best part is, you continuously ask others for proof while offering ZERO proof of any of your claims.

Ofc skill matters more than gear, but if you’re not even going to do the basics like Covenant for 197 iLevel or a 190 legendary where MOST PEOPLE start with, then their experiment has failed.

Next time if you want to disprove something, don’t run nonsense variables like low iLevel/No leggo :man_shrugging:

The guy says 1800 is a cake walk at 180 ilvl and claims skill > gear. Yet he says Venruki’s ilvl is too low because gear > skill. So he’s saying Venruki can’t outperform him with simply a 20 ilvl difference.

Maybe gear matters more than he makes it seem.

If I was aiming to do pve content and wanted the gear for that I absolutely would buy a boost but for me he achievement is what makes it worth it, so sadly no.

What has it proven though? Go ahead and do a checkpvp on this guy and get back to me, I guarantee it’s not some forum conspiracy :joy:

This has been happening since the beginning. This situation was even worse when we had unique battle groups. In wrath, I knew a bunch of players that were hopping around to which BG had the best chance for rank 1 or glad based on who was on each BG and what comps were the highest on those BGs as well.

To your point though, people dodge all the time. That’s just the nature of the game. Everyone of them does it. Its as much a part of the strategy as the games themselves. I’m not attempting to dismiss your frustration with it, but it’s always been like this.

It is for sure. While ability still trumps gear in the long run, even the best player without gear is useless right now. If you have ability, you still have to put in a stupid amount of time to get the gear before your relevant.

The disparity is massive AND it takes way to long to get. Both of those are huge problems as is. They need to dramatically increase the amount of conquest and honor gained AND increase the ilvl of gear gained from arena relative to rating.

I have always liked gear being associated with rating, but still always felt there needs to be a path for the average player to eventually get that gear as well. Having a momentary advantage in the season is fine. Always having it is not. Even PvE gets nerfed over the course of a patch, PvP should share the same logic relative to decreasing requirements for the same ilvl.

I don’t see that fixing anything. PvE gear in PvP is not an issue right now.

Tell that to Venruki who brought up the issue on the current problems with SL Arenas.

It’s okay man, you don’t have to be ashamed. The guy who has been consistent at 1400 for majority of the time is magically going to be a 2k player.

Maybe you can ask the druid for his connections he paid for his boost?

Every thread I see ROB in, has little advertisements like this in it for boost selling. I’m starting to wonder if these posts are just some sort of advertisement scheme…

I don’t consider Venruki as some sort of end all be all for Arena based opinions, sorry :man_shrugging:

Imagine being this toxic to a new/returning player :man_facepalming:
