I feel it is very much related to this bug:

Profession quantities keep resetting to 1

Tailoring is annoying broken in different ways. using reagents and having it constantly resetting is one of the most annoying. Someone mentioned it can’t be in bank, correct me but wasn’t mats in banks still abled to be used from the bank when you craft? seems they broke something that worked?

Something is resetting the quantities and materials in professions every few seconds.
