Didn’t the Horde just get an ancient kingdom for a capital last expansion? I thought Dazar’alor was gorgeous, and unique from anything else the Horde has ever gotten in terms of central hubs.
Also, and not to pull hairs here, but the Horde are meant to be more tribalistic and primitive in design. The whole point of their existence was that they were a group of misfits who shared a common purpose (survival), but didn’t have the resources alone to make that happen.
