Blizzard has announced a Midnight deep dive along with a live Q&A afterwards on October 1st:
I went ahead and asked a question for the Ethereal megathread here:
“Seeing as we saved the homeworld of the Ethereals and that Xal’atath has the power of Dimensius at her command which can’t be a good thing, will we see Ethereals assist us against her and her minions?”
Considering the situation with Xal’atath and how a lot of Ethereal fans are disappointed, I wanted to make sure to get a question on there for y’all. It’s possible it may not get answered, but it can help to show the support and interest for playable Ethereals. And after all, Dimensius or their power is kinda being controlled by a being with so low moral fiber, they’re probably constipated with evil ambitions, so Ethereals would have a pretty big interest in the next expansion.
I did try to ask questions for playable race request megathreads that would have a vested interest in the next expansion. It’s usually what I try to do with these Q&A threads. Unfortunately, I’m unable to do that with every playable race request megathread, usually if I can’t tie them to an expansion.
Still, I wanted to try to give who I could a chance to have a question asked and show interest for that race to become playable, so for any I missed, I do apologize in advance and if anyone can think of any questions for the megathreads I missed, please post as well.
If anything of particular interest does come from the Q&A, I’ll be sure to post about it, but it’s best to keep an open mind. Especially since there are plenty of great questions in there.
