Dude that staysafe guy doesnt really know anything. We tested on 3 different elite mobs and every time we had 16 up and the warrior came it, it knocked someones off.
16 does seem like a reasonable number if y'all did test it (since it was actually a Vanilla limit at one point, intended or otherwise).
We did test, multiple times on elites and non elite mobs. My corruption was pushed off once we had 5th person applying debuffs.
