If players are not running M8 or lower, players will turn off running M+ entirely knowing it’s completely pointless, because you need M10 for the hero gear from the dungeon, which you can get from vault.

By the time we end up geared enough to run M10, no one will need it and many will never run it, and that means for players who want to pug KSM/KSH and dungeon portals, there will be no one left to run with.

Just because you are geared enough for the content, doesnt mean people will pick up a low/ no score player because they have a high ilvl. In fact most people would assume that player got carried.
