Only on arenas with hills to knockout some1 or water shield

Always on hunters. The root is too good because of their ability to kite. Also the knock back on monks and warriors to help kite CDs. Root on rogues and dh is helpful too.

Actually it’s only good for Resto to be fair. It’s awsome vs Kyrian Warriors, WW Monks. Overall good vs Arms/WW, Turbo, TSG but for Enha or Ele I wouldn’t pick it ever.
