What data do you have to support any of this seasons M+ dungeon tuning is tied to the top 5%?
You mean like what they do with each and every raid? Over tune it, nerf it later. So many guilds only get AOTC because they do it late in the raid cycle after all the nerfs
Not sure why this is a hard concept for people to grasp.
Literally every expansion is like this. Its easier to overtune and nerf down the line than to feel the need to buff. It also has less backfire in terms of player feedback.
This is essentially the philosophy they live by. They will never buff a dungeon or encounter during a live season/tier. If they did people would be up in arms about “exploit early, exploit often” giving players who ran the content pre-buff a large head start.
Eeeeh…
Forgot to circle the last one, that’s a buff too.
Lol, okay they will very rarely buff an encounter during a live season/tier.
To be fair. That was what? Five years ago?
It’s extremely rare, but yeah they did buff Argus.
And even after the buff he was still one of the easiest end heroic bosses, and a massive step down from KJ in the raid before.

And even after the buff he was still one of the easiest end heroic bosses,
That people managed to make harder by failing the intermission.
“Attack the big add!”. No, why. He’s beating on an unkillable tank, let him be, attack the mob you do double damage to and finish the intermission faster!
So you liked having to take 4 unusable feral or resto talents first the last time they reset the trees. Okay. I thought it was a bad look.

Kil’jaeden was way out of line though.
