sometimes i notice the Unity Legendary stop working when kill a npc in Mythic+ and Raids(adds)
bug only happen when you have Unity in the tier slots and the belt(rings and neck slots no tested)
i never got the bug in the Wrist slot
i use the Unity chest in both pics below
