To me, that’s logical but not everyone will see it that way.
So can you tell us why you think mythic chosen of the dead deathless mog is acquirable despite having that same exclusivity?

If this is such a bit deal than allow the classic server items to be transmogable in the live servers. FFS we have Era specific servers yet there is NO system to allow progress to be translated over from them.
Blizzard has currently put out surveys asking how people would feel about this to do that very thing.
Which is 100% a slap in the face not because its collectible but because now tons of stuff from Classic-Wrath are unobtainable due to Cataclysm and such.
Nah it’s your previous illogical arguments defending an obviously bad decision. Again the only thing “exclusive” is that it was time gated for the sole purpose of creating fomo. It was completely trivial. The absurdity of it is obvious to the vast majority, and the fact that you try to cope around it is laughable. I think it’s pretty clear that most people want a way to obtain these forms today. Just bring the mage tower back and let us get it by doing it.
This content is 10 years old, no reasonable person can argue it should be locked. They would of course argue unreasonablely that they were playing 10 years ago and they deserve it and no one else does who wasn’t playing 10 years ago… which is lame.
Just release it and make the mage tower just as hard and “prestigious” as it was then so new people can achieve these forms.

Opinion on keeping these skins unavailable seems to be overwhelmingly against the stance that Blizzard is taking, and this bug, while unintentional, just rubs an enormous amount of salt in the wound. Blizzard has already massively undermined their “keep exclusive content exclusive” stance by making the AotC mount available for bronze, and keeping the Druid forms in particular locked away feels so punishing because we have so few appearance options while shape-shifted.
Blizzard has already made other changes based on popular outcry (such as restoring the fact that Hero-track gear will give Myth appearances when upgraded), so I hope you’ll recognize that this stance is torching massive amounts of community goodwill. My suggestion would be that, for a later phase (or the end?) of Legion Remix, just let us unlock the mage tower skins for a class if we have a max level timerunner of that class.

I don’t think it’s a bad thing & nobody will change my mind on that.
I have things that I wish I had gotten, in fact my favorite mount in the game I missed by 2 points in Legion. I got screwed by Blizzard for not updating their ladder over the weekend, I guess I should have threw a fit over that by the forums logic right?
I still wouldn’t want it to come back. It is what it is.
Having things be ‘time-limited’, hard to get & rewarding players is a good thing imo.
Like it or not, people like having things others do not, it’s human nature.
Sorry that we can’t agree on that I guess but throwing a tantrum over it is ridiculous & childish.
Imo, the best solution should be a set of recolored mage tower skins.

Let us earn them, please. Give us some kind of incentive to do the Mage Tower. To keep playing Remix. It can’t be that hard to adjust the system to let it be possible. If a bug can do it, then so can the developers.

It’s been so long since I posted on the official forums that the logs have since been wiped but I just came here to say this is some silly stuff. For the 0.001% of subscribers who will cry foul if you make this content available to earn again, you’re shelving all the excitement the other vast swarms of people had at an accidental bug that let them enjoy the MT forms.
I have the bear form from MT but never got around to earning the ghost kitty.
What’s the point of keeping things exclusive that are literally a decade old at this point? I understand it’s a slippery slope but this is a no brainer. Blizzard already made MT available again but decided to not include the weapon and form rewards associated with them.
This isn’t some sort of tough decision, just make them available again. The positive PR you’ll receive from it far outweighs the outliers who will complain that it’s not exclusive anymore.
