Unintended Bear and Cat Forms

Right…

Right after they add new graphic glyphs to every single casted ability and skill animation, every expansion, and add zones, one for for every class, to obtain them…every expansion… And a new themes for every single skill/spell for every single race and class combo from here on out. New warlock pets skins, new Shaman elemental skins, ect. Every expansion.

This is how you sound

You are thinking people are taking them unserious, everyone even. So back up yo claim.

Detaching the Druid forms from the weapon appearance would mean that players get to keep their “prestigious” weapon appearance without making a class feel like it’ll never be complete. The forms should never have been attached to mage tower in the first place. They’re character customisation not transmog and they’re the only class that has this disadvantage.

Correct me if Im wrong but dont the weapons only have 4 tints and 1 model for druid? I dont think any of the rows changed it (balance of power, honor, hidden, etc)

Well, Blizzard has fixed the bug and is holding strong to keeping those appearances removed lol. All the back up that is needed in this regard.

Your nose is so brown I bet you cant smell anything that isn’t booboo.

No feral/guardian did that tower for the weapon appearance and you know it. There’s nothing special about the weapon portion and you can’t even see it when you’re operating the spec in form.

There’s nothing about 4 colors of a form you can already get that’s going to make the class feel complete. The melodrama is staggering.

Why not? You can’t even see your weapons in those forms, and the lackluster weapon appearances for those forms reflects it.

Disadvantage? DH’s have been begging for transformation customization for years and haven’t got a single one. Be thankful for what you have, jealousy is only going to lead you to disappointment.

Because the fun is currently higher than the unfun but that isn’t a certaintity and playing with friends, my partner, and guildies heavily elevates the experience.

That your opinion/stance is the minority.

It’s how we got classic servers.

Why arre you here then?

New bear/cat form would be equivelent of other classes getting new weapons/tier set.

Nope druids have less customisationt hen every toher class

Keeping these forms locked up, is a terrible decision. I’m not suggesting leave the bug in place, but open the forms back up. The forms are beautiful and well crafted. Many of the players who earned them back in the day, do not even play wow anymore. Most of the other “exclusive/limited time” content Blizzard produces always gets recycled and reopened, but for some reason these bear and cat forms are a no go?

Bring them back!!!

I missed legion almost entirely because of deployments and have been getting punished ever since.

I can appreciate not giving people access to forms they didn’t earn.
That being said, they should be able to earn them… especially in a game mode that is specifically advertised as a means to get transmog/appearances from this expansion.

It’d honestly just be really nice if Blizzard just let them keep the appearances imo. Like… Bank error in your favor, you get $50 in Monopoly.

I’m just tired of always seeing bad news, all the time. This would have been a pretty cool W for Blizzard to do, that would have made a lot of people super happy.

Instead they fixed the dungeon portals for the like 5% of the population really grinding those +30’s or whatever. Really making sure the playerbase knows who is actually important around here.

whats a W for you is an L for others. What would make you happy would make others unhappy. Stop being selfish.

Doesn’t this go both ways? The people who don’t want these things to come back are making others unhappy as well. But they get don’t get shamed for wanting to keep things from others.

Calling someone selfish for wanting everyone to have access to something is pretty ironic.

Projection is unbecoming on anyone.

It’s like a child getting mad because they have to share… except it’s worse because they don’t even have to stop using the toy. Which means it isn’t about the toy – it’s about having something someone else doesn’t have… and that – that is just ugly.

It’s not like the appearance even makes them more powerful. Blizzard also already made a ton of exceptions for other things… I mean I didn’t earn the Felbear or the Orange Tiger cat form during Legion. I earned them way later.

Blizzard has an obligation to garner the type of community they want – and when they cater to people with ugly priorities – we end up with an ugly community.

It’s exhausting.

Please explain how having challenging content returned, harder than it was originally, so people have a chance to beat it and earn associated rewards is apparently selfish.

In comparison to “screw you, i got mine”.

They’re ability effects. Druids are the only class that put 700% more effort on the art team every time a new druid race gets released. On top of that, how many other classes do you know get spell and skill animation customization aside form 10 year old glyphs?

Druids were lucky to get more than the original 2.

Time limited challenges are a form of content. The time limit is over. Trying to take that away from people is selfish.

By that logic, it should be impossible to do any content that isn’t current – but that isn’t the case. The idea that something is a time limited challenge only works if it’s consistent.

Also, we are quite literally playing a game mode that is actively time limited and specifically designed to allow people to re-experience the content and acquire transmog items from this expansion.

If there ever was a time to make it possible to unlock the artifact appearances – it’s right now.

This argument doesn’t hold any weight. They have made so many exceptions that it’s all arbitrary. How many people have Shards of Azzinoth transmogged that didn’t raid in TBC? How many people have the Hand of Rag? Tier 2 & 3 but never played vanilla. It’s all just at a whim. It’s all BS.

There isn’t any point in playing stupid logic games about it either. Stop and think about the underlying reason for not wanting other people to have access to something trivial. It’s an emotional thing, and it’s an ugly emotion.

Is current content advertised as a time limited challenge?

Are you saying the current expansion is never going to end?
Hey guys, good news. In 2035 you will still be playing TWW.

So your answer is no??

So fomo is more prestigious than a challenge is what you’re saying?

Regardless that argument doesn’t work since Blizzard brought back time-limited rewards for Lemix, so they broke their own “rule” first.
